Activities of the Monument Preservation Society in Rabí Castle in the 1st half of the 20th century
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce mapuje činnost Spolku pro zachování památek, který působil v horažďovickém okrese v 1. pol. 20. stol. Primárně svou pozornost zaměřil záchranu a konzervaci zřícenin hradu Rabí. Ačkoli stavební práce neprobíhaly zvlášť citlivě a jsou v rozporu s moderní památkou péčí, hrad Spolku vděčí za svou záchranu před dalším rozpadem.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the activities of the Monument Preservation Society operating in Horažďovice District in the 1st half of the 20th century. The Society focused its attention on preservation and conservation of the Rabí castle ruins.
