Abstract:
Bachelor thesis topic in strategic analysis applied to the company´s E.ON Česká republika s.r.o.. The main purpose of this analysis the evaluation of external influences on company. These effects reset from techniques such as PEST analysis, competitors and more. Part of the strategy are also propred meansures that should be a guideline for the company to determine future development.
