Project Identification of Risk Factors in Financial Control in SOS Luhacovice

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je identifikace rizik při finanční kontrole v SOŠ Luhačovice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány tři oblasti - finanční kontrola, příspěvkové organizace a riziko. V první oblasti je zpracována podstata finanční kontroly, její základní rozdělení a představení metod a postupů využívaných při kontrolní činnosti. Další teoretickou oblastí je problematika příspěvkových organizací, jejíž objasnění je velmi důležité pro pochopení rozborů v analytické a projektové části a posledním teoretickým tématem je riziko. Praktická část se zabývá popisem průběhu finanční kontroly v organizaci a její analýzou. Na základě poznatků z analýzy jsou v projektové části identifikovaná rizika, která se při finanční kontrole vyskytují, je stanovena jejich významnost a nejvýznamnější rizika jsou zachycena v registru rizik.

Abstract:

My dissertation concentrates on risks identification during the financial kontrol at Secondary Vocational School Luhacovice. This work is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first one deals with three areas ? financial control, state-funded institutions and possible risks. The financial inspection part treats the essence of the control itself and continues with a fudamental control division and common methods introduction. Another theoretical part covers state-funded organizations problems, explanation of which seems to be very important for further understanding of analytic and project analyses. The last theoretical part deals with various risks. The practical part of this dissertation consists of the description and analysis of financial control within an organization. Due to the analysis results, many project risks appearing during the inspection are finally identified. In the end, it is necessary to classify revealed risks importance for a firm and to add them into the risks register.
