Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji učitelů učňovského školství ke vzdělávání. Úvodní teoretické kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na úlohu vzdělávání ve znalostní společnosti, na nerovnosti ve vzdělávání a na roli postojů v přenosu vzdělanostních nerovností. This thesis deals with apprenticeship teachers' attitudes to education. Introductory theoretical chapters focus on the role of education in a knowledge society, the inequalities in education and the role of attitudes in the transmission of educational inequalities.
