Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem judikatury ESLP na vnitrostátní právní předpisy se zaměřením na Českou republiku. Jejím cílem je identifikovat případy rozhodnuté štrasburským soudem, v jejichž důsledku došlo k novelizaci dotčených právních předpisů, a u těchto případů vypozorovat obecnější trendy. The thesis is concerned with the impact of the ECtHR judgements on domestic legal orders with a particular focus on the Czech Republic. The objectives of the thesis are following: (1) to identify the judgements of the Strasbourg court which led to the amendment of the legislation in question, (2) to recognize general patterns across the cases.
