Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o podnikovém řízení pohledávek. Řízení pohledávek je proces, který má za cíl dosáhnout včasného zaplacení pohledávky s co nejnižšími náklady. V úvodu své bakalářské práce propisuji právní vymezení pojmu pohledávka. Dále popisuji v jednotlivých etapách chronologický vývoj pohledávky a nástroje, kterými je v dané etapě pohledávka spravována, eventuálně vymáhána. V aplikační části …more

This work focuses on business claims management. Claims management is a process that aims to achieve an early pay claim at the lowest possible cost. At the beginning of my thesis, I describe the juristic definition of debt.
