Moje diplomová práce je o formulaci strategického plánu na rozvoj konkrétního podniku. Práce je zaměřena na konkrétní podnik, a to na Mitas a.s., která se zabývá výrobou mimosilničních pneumatik. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o strategickém řízení, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a formulaci strategického plánu. Praktická část popisuje daný podnik a jeho historii. The work is focused on a specific company, and on the MITAS a.s., which is engaged in the manufacture tires.
