Unfair Competition
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nekalé soutěže. Smyslem práce je přiblížit právní úpravy nekalé soutěže. Cílem práce je shromáždit a utřídit informace týkající se generální klauzule a zvláštních skutkových podstat. Uvést konkrétní příklady nekalosoutěžního jednání z každodenního života, tak aby byly srozumitelné i pro laickou veřejnost. A nakonec srovnat novou a starou právní úpravu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with unfair competition. The aim of this thesis is to explain legal rules of unfair competition. The autor´s goal is to investigate all issues related to general clause and ,,guilty act“ and provide practical examples of unfair competition in order to make the topic easily understandable. The thesis compares the new legislation with the old one.
