Text obsahuje základné údaje, ktoré charakterizujú obsah a výsledky práce. Náplňou práce je objasnenie problematiky manažmentu rizika v prostredí banky. Práca má šesť kapitol. V prvej kapitole som sa zamerala na manažment rizika, jeho vývoj a proces riadenia. Druhá kapitola obsahuje regulačný rámec riadenia rizika v bankách.
