Abstract:

Jedná se o empirickou práci, jež se zabývá problematikou budování public relations členy ekologických neziskových organizací. Práce je zaměřena na českou neziskovou sféru. Záměrem studie je zjistit, jak pracovníci těchto organizací problematiku public relations, mediální komunikace a sebeprezentace reflektují, jaké strategie volí pracovníci ekologických neziskových organizací při komunikaci a jaký důraz je kladen na public relations v těchto organizacích. Obecnějším cílem práce je zachytit a zmapovat postoje aktivistů k řízené komunikaci ve veřejném prostoru a ke sdělovacím prostředkům. Za tímto účelem je použit kvalitativní výzkum vedený metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky, kteří se public relations v českých ekologických neziskových organizacích zabývají. Cílem teoretické části je popsat základní teoretické přístupy k public relations a jejich specifikům v oblasti neziskových organizací. Obecněji je rozebráno, jak neziskové organizace působí a teorie občanské společnosti a veřejné sféry. Důležitá je i problematika přístupu neziskových organizací do médií a jejich komunikace s nimi.

Abstract:

The present study deals with building-up of public relations by members of non-profit organisations. It is focused on the Czech non-profit sphere. The aim of the study is to investigate how employees of such organisations reflect public relations, media communication and self-presentation, what communication strategies they choose for communication and what role public relations play in such organisations. More general purpose of the study is to capture and analyse attitudes of activists towards directed communication in public area and towards media. For this purpose we have chosen qualitative research conducted by the method of semi-structured interview with employees who are specialised in public relations in the Czech ecological non-profit organisations. The aim is to describe general theoretical approaches towards public relations and their peculiarities in the field of non-profit organisations. In general it is analysed how non-profitable organisations work and the theory of public society and public sphere is described. Another essential part is the attitude of non-profit organisations towards media and their communication with them.
