The diploma thesis deals with the issue of post-puncture headaches of regional anesthesia in gynecology and obstetrics. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the issue of neuraxoial anesthesia and the issue of post-puncture headaches are described in general terms.
