Application of the Law of the selected Question

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se v počátku zajímám o pojetí aplikace práva jako zvláštní formy realizace práva. Rozebírám jednotlivé druhy aplikace práva a jejich diference. Poté líčím jednotlivá stádia aplikačního procesu a také související problematiku a instituty. Následuje část, kde se zaobírám významnými otázkami právních zásad a principů. Pozornost věnuji vývoji, dělení a rozlišení pojmu princip a zásada a rovněž jejich smyslu v autoritativní aplikaci. Praktická část demonstruje vybrané zásady daňového řízení, jejich funkce, role a regulativní a aplikační význam.

Abstract:

In the bachelor's thesis, I am initially interested in the application of law, in the form of the implementation of law. I analyze the various types of application of law and their differences. Then I describe the stages of the application process and the connecting institutions. The following section deals with legal principles. I pay attention to the de-velopment, division and distinction of the concept of principles, as well as their meaning in the authoritative application. The practical part demonstrates the selected principles of tax management, their func-tion, role and regulatory and application significance.
