Abstract:

Anotace Název diplomové práce: Přínos projektu Agentura podporovaného zaměstnávání optikou klientů se zdravotním postižením Autorka diplomové práce: Mgr. Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, Masarykova univerzita Počet slov: 18 758 Cílem této diplomové práce bylo odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jaké jsou přínosy Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání z hlediska cílové skupiny osob se zdravotním postižením?“ V obecné rovině seznamuje čtenáře se situací na trhu práce v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci bariér, které brání lidem se zdravotním postižením v participaci na pracovním trhu, předkládá formy podpory zaměstnávání této cílové skupiny. V neposlední řadě se orientuje na službu podporovaného zaměstnávání a vymezení cílů, prostřednictvím jejichž dosažení lze hodnotit přínos Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání. Při zjišťování přínosu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením je kladen důraz především na předpoklad, že využíváním služeb podporovaného zaměstnávání dojde k zapojení osob se zdravotním postižením na trh práce. Přínos spolupráce s Agenturou podporovaného zaměstnávání byl zjišťován prostřednictvím rozhovorů s klienty, kteří se projektu účastnili. Cílem šetření bylo rozpoznat, co konkrétního klienti vnímali jako silné, případně slabé stránky projektu a zda došlo k naplnění jejich očekávání, se kterými do projektu vstupovali. Šlo zejména o zachycení veškerých možných úhlů pohledu a zmapování, které z činností realizovaných při spolupráci s Agenturou byly vnímány jako klíčové a nosné z hlediska dosažení cíle a z jakého důvodu. Provedeným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že za hlavní přínos služby podporovaného zaměstnávání označují klienti získání zaměstnání a jeho udržení. Zapojení do pracovního procesu umožňuje lidem se zdravotním postižením navázání nových kontaktů a rozšíření sociálních sítí, čímž dochází k omezení jejich sociálního vyloučení. Mezi faktory ovlivňující schopnost nalézt odpovídající práci zařazují podporu ze strany pracovních konzultantů, získání dovedností v ovládání počítače a schopností umožňujících konkurovat a obstát mezi uchazeči o zaměstnání bez postižení.

Annotation Title of the dissertation: Benefit of Supported Employment Agency project from the perspective of disabled clients Author: Mgr. Šárka Mikulková Tutor: Prof. PhDr. Tomáš Sirovátka, CSc. Institution: Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University Word count: 18 758 The goal of this dissertation is to answer the main research question: “What is the main benefit of the Supported Employment Agency project from the point of view of disabled clients”? Generally it introduces the situation on the labour market in the field of disabled people employment. It focuses on the identification of the barriers which make it difficult for the disabled people to participate on the labour market and introduces the forms of support regarding employment of this target group. It also discusses the supported employment services and defines the goals by which achievement it is possible to evaluate the benefit of the Supported Employment Agency project. While finding about the benefit for the disabled it emphasizes the presumption that the supported employment services will help the clients to participate on the labour market. The benefit of the cooperation with Supported Employment Agency of was examined through interviews with the clients who entered the project. The goal of the search was to find out what the clients regarded as strong or weak points of the project and whether theirs expectations were fulfilled. It focused on the variety of angles on the project and it tried to find out which of the activities were regarded as essential from the perspective of goal achievement and for what reason. By this research it was discovered that as the main benefit clients regarded getting a job and being able to keep it. Integration to the working environment enables disabled clients to approach new people and to extend the social surroundings which reduce their exclusion. Among the factors which influence the ability to find an appropriate job the clients list the support from the career counsellors, learning computer and other useful skills which help them to compete and win on the labour market among others.
