V rešeršní části práce autorka popsala proces motivace a zvýšenou pozornost věnovala problematice teorií motivace a motivací zaměstnanců. Projektová studie společnosti VESTA je zaměřena na systematickou analýzu systému odměňování vybraných skupin zaměstnanců společnosti.
