Efektivní interní komunikace (v mezinárodní poradenské společnosti)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabýva interní komunikací. Cílem tyhle práce je přezkoumat a posoudit současnou úroveň interní komunikace v mezinárodní poradenské společnosti, identifikovat případné problémy a pokusit se navrhnout zefektívnení interní komunikace ve firmě. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je zaměřena na objasnení klíčových pojmů jako komunikace, komunikační proces, interní komunikace, předpoklady a cíle interní komunikace, nástroje interní komunikace. V praktické části je představená mezinárodní poradenská společnosť a opsaný současný stav interní komunikace v této společnosti a vyhodnocení interní komunikace zaměstnanci společnosti. V závěru práce jsou navržené opatření na zefektívnění komunikace ve firmě.

Abstract:

This master's thesis deals with the internal communication. The main goal is to examine and assess the current level of the internal communication in the international advisory organization, to identify any problems and try to propose more effective internal communication in the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part focuses on the clarification of key concepts such as communication, communication process, internal communication, assumptions and objectives of the internal communication, internal communication tools. In the practical part an international advisory company is presented and the current situation of the internal communication is described and there is evaluation of the internal communication by employees. In the conclusion of the thesis, there are suggested measures to improve the effectiveness of communication within the company.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá internou komunikáciou. Cieľom tejto práce je preskúmať a posúdiť súčasnú úroveň internej komunikácie v medzinárodnej poradenskej spoločnosti, identifikovať prípadné problémy a pokúsiť sa navrhnúť zefektívnenie internej komunikácie vo firme. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Prvá časť je zameraná na objasnenie kľúčových pojmov ako komunikácia, komunikačný proces, interná komunikácia, predpoklady a ciele internej komunikácie, nástroje internej komunikácie. V praktickej časti je predstavená medzinárodná poradenská spoločnosť a opísaný súčasný stav internej komunikácie v tejto spoločnosti a zhodnotenie internej komunikácie zamestnancami spoločnosti. V závere práce sú navrhnuté opatrenia na zlepšenie efektívnosti komunikácie vo firme.
