Kolize exekučního a insolvenčního řízení je problematikou, kterou zá-konodárce reguluje pouze v obecnostech, přičemž prioritu poskytuje řízení insolvenčnímu. Vzájemný vztah obou řízení se však v praxi neomezuje zdaleka jen na oblast otázek upravených zákonem. The conflict between enforcement and insolvency proceedings is an issue the law only regulates in general terms, with the priority given to the insolvency proceedings. In practice however, the interrelation between the two proceedings extends far beyond the area of issues regulated by the law.
