The Disabled People in the Labour Market

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Cílem bylo vytvořit ucelený přehled poskytované podpory a poukázat na problematiku spojenou s jejich zaměstnáváním. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům týkající se osob se zdravotním postižením. Dále hodnotí postavení těchto osob na trhu práce a zjišťuje vliv ztráty zaměstnání na jedince. Je zde vytvořen přehled podpory, kterou poskytují úřady práce. Empirická část je zaměřena na zaměstnavatele, kteří mají ze zákona povinnost zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem je zjistit, jak tuto povinnost plní, zda využívají příspěvků poskytovaných na podporu zaměstnávání a jaké jsou jejich možnosti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Dále jsou porovnány statistické údaje o počtech uchazečů o zaměstnání a vynaložené finančních prostředky na podporu zaměstnávání. Z analýzy jednotlivých odpovědí v dotazníku se potvrdily všechny předpoklady.

Abstract:

The topic of this Bachelor´s Thesis is employment of the disabled people and their labour market use. The aim of this work was to create a comprehensive overview of support provided and to point at the problems connected with their employment. The theoretical part is focused on the employers who have legal responsibility to employ the disabled people. The aim is to find out how the employers perform this obligation, whether they utilize the contributions providing the support of employment and what the possibilities to employ the people with disabilities are like. Then there are compared the statistical data on the number of the job applicants and the money spend on the promotion of employment. By analysing the questionnaire responses there were confirmed all presumptions.
