Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje vliv covidové pandemie na problematiku přednemocniční neodkladné péče o psychiatrického pacienta z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje organizaci, systém fungování, hlavní činnosti a legislativní normy zdravotnické záchranné služby (ZZS) v České republice. Další kapitoly popisují vybraná psychiatrická onemocnění, se kterými se členové výjezdových skupin během své praxe setkávají, zásady komunikace s pacientem trpícím psychiatrickým onemocněním a právní aspekty poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče psychiatrickým pacientům. Poslední kapitola teoretické části práce popisuje onemocnění COVID-19 a vliv pandemie na psychické zdraví pacientů. Praktická část práce obsahuje statistické vyhodnocení četnosti výjezdů ZZS Zlínského kraje k psychiatrickým pacientům v souvislosti s vývojem pandemie COVID-19, které je doplněno polostrukturovanými rozhovory se zdravotnickými záchranáři sloužících ve výjezdových skupinách ZZS Zlín.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis describes the issue of pre-hospital emergency care for a psychiatric patient from the point of view of a paramedic. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the organization, operation, main activities and legislative standards of the medical emergency service in the Czech republic. Other chapters describe selected psychiatric diseases that the members of the visiting group encounter during their practice, the principles of communication with a patient suffering from a psychiatric disease, and the legal aspects of providing pre-hospitale emergency care for psychiatric patients. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis describes the disease COVID-19 and the impact of the pandemic on the mental health of patients. The practical part of the thesis contains a statistical evaluation of the frequency of visits by the Zlin region emergency medical service to psychiatric patients in connection with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is supplemented by semi-structured interviews with paramedics serving in the emergency teams.
