Socio-Pathological phenomena in the workplaceand their prevention

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně patologických jevů na pracovišti a jejich prevencí. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem sociálně patologické jevy včetně dalších pojmů spojených s touto problematikou. V návaznosti na tuto kapitolu jsou popsány jednotlivé sociálně patologické jevy jako alkoholismus, drogy a další deviace. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost sociálně patologickým jevům na pracovišti jako jsou mobbing, bossing, kyberšikana a sexuální obtěžování. Tato kapitola je klíčová, jelikož z ní vychází praktická část. V praktické části jsou využity výsledky výzkumu dotazníkového šetření, které nám přináší díky odpovědím respondentů přehled o situaci, která panuje reálně na pracovištích. Následně jsou pak dotazníky vyhodnoceny autorem práce a je navrženo závěrečné řešení, které má pomoci předcházet těmto jevům.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focused on the issue of social pathological phenomena in the workplace and their prevention. The theoretical part defines the concept of social pathological phenomena, including other concepts associated with this issue. In connection with this chapter are described socio pathological phonemns like alcoholism, drugs and gambling. The most important part of this theoretical part is chapter about social pathological phenomens in the workplace like mobbing, bossing, sexual harassment and cyberbullying. On this chapter is connect practical part. The practical part uses the results of the research of the questionnaire survey, which gives us, thanks to the answears of the respondenrs, an overview of the situacion in the workplace. On the end of the work are responds evaluated by the author of the work and a final solution is proposed to help prevent these phenomens.
