Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se věnovala především pracovní smlouvě a jejím obligatorním a fakultativním náležitostem. Institut pracovní smlouvy je velmi důležitý, neboť je jím v českém právu nejčastěji zakládám pracovní poměr.
Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals especially with the labor contract and its essential and optional elements. The institute of the labor contract is really important, because it is the most common legal fact, which establishes the employment in the Czech legal system.
