Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na rozhodovací proces managementu. Tento proces je v první části modelován pomocí standardu BPMN. Model procesu je následně využit k jeho analýze, jejíž účelem je nalezení jeho odchylek od stanovených cílů. Poslední část práce je pak zaměřena na předsta-vení doporučení, s pomocí kterých vedení podniku může procesní od-chylky nalezené v analýze odstranit a tím proces zefektivnit. Hlavními …more
Abstract:
The thesis is aimed at decision-making process in management. In the first part, this process is modelled with the BPMN standard. The model is then used in analysis in order to find its deviations from established goals.
