Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat tzv. prekérní pracovněprávní vztahy, odlišit je od typických pracovněprávních vztahů a následně analyzovat platnou právní úpravu obsaženou v zákoníku práce, směrnicích ES, úmluvách Mezinárodní organizace práce, ale i v návrhu nového zákoníku práce. The theme of this diploma work deals with the precarious labour-law relations. It aims at precarious work and its clarification. It describes the distinction between standard and non-standard work.
