In this thesis we study model of harvesting renewable resources. Particularly we focus on model of sustainable fishery. In the first part we introduce necessary theory, in the second part we describe this model and in the last part we compare two harvesting strategies using qualitative theory of autonomous differential equations. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme modelu využívaní obnovitelných zdrojů. Konkrétně se zaměřujeme na model udržitelného rybolovu. V první části je představená nezbytná teorie, v druhé části je popsán použitý model a v třetí části porovnáváme dvě strategie rybolovu pomocí kvalitativní teorie autonomních diferenciálních rovnic.
