Diplomová práca sa zameriava na podporu organizácie Buddy System Zlín a taktiež i na medzinárodný život v Zlíne a oblasti s ním spojené. Teoretická časť popisuje prečo vlastne ísť študovať do zahraničia, konkrétne dopady štúdia v zahraničí na rozvoj osobnosti človeka, žiaka príp. študenta. This master thesis is focused to support Buddy System Zlín organization and also to improve international life in Zlín and related topics. Theoretical part describes why students should study abroad, specific impacts of studying abroad on improvement of the human personality of people, pupils and students.
