Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza daně z nemovitostí. V práci seznamuji s historií i současností daně z nemovitostí. Věnuji se právní úpravě daně z nemovitostí, jak po hmotně právní stránce, tak i procesně právní. Nastiňuji souvislosti, které danou problematiku ovlivňují. The aim of my work is an analysis of a property tax. I have written about history and present of the property tax. I have mentioned legal regulations such as substantive law and procedural law.
