Interrelation of primary instruction and maintenance of calendar traditions in selected localities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na provázanost výuky na 1. stupni základní školy, kterou společně navštěvují děti ze dvou sousedních obcí, s udržováním kalendářních obyčejů v těchto obcích. Nejprve je uvedeno začlenění kalendářních obyčejů do oblasti tradiční lidové kultury, následuje charakteristika vybraných obcí včetně jejich zařazení do etnografického regionu a přehled kalendářních obyčejů udržovaných v těchto obcích v současné době. V návaznosti na udržování kalendářních obyčejů se jimi zabývám také ve vztahu k výuce, přičemž součástí je rozbor Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání a školního vzdělávacího programu vybrané základní školy právě vzhledem k této oblasti. Výzkumné šetření zkoumající téma provázanosti výuky na 1. stupni základní školy s udržováním kalendářních obyčejů ve vybraných obcích proběhlo metodou ohniskové skupiny. Cílem výzkumu bylo popsat současný stav výuky na 1. stupni vzhledem ke kalendářním obyčejům a zjistit, zda v této oblasti probíhá spolupráce mezi základní školou a obcemi, popřípadě jakým způsobem. Získané poznatky jsou shrnuty v závěrečné části této práce.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on interconnection of teaching at primary school attended by children from two neighbouring localities maintaining various calendar traditions. In the first step, the integration of calendar traditions into the sphere of traditional folk culture is described, in the next step you can see the characteristics of selected localities and their assignment to ethnographic region as well as an overview of calendar traditions maintained currently in these localities. As for the maintenance of calendar traditions, I also deal with them in relation to teaching – a part of it is an analysis of Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and educational programme of the selected school with regard to this subject. The research survey focused on interrelation of primary instruction and maintenance of calendar traditions in selected localities was performed using the focus group method. The goal of this survey was to describe the current state of teaching at the first level of primary school with regard to calendar traditions and to find out if there is a cooperation between the primary school and the localities in this regard and how the cooperation looks like. The findings are summarized in the final part of the thesis.
