Bakalářská práce se zabývá koaguláza-negativními stafylokoky. Soustřeďuje se na jejich funkci v roli příležitostných patogenů a na význam jako rezervoáru genů virulence a rezistence k antibiotikům. Popisuje jednotlivé faktory virulence a rezistence. Věnuje se mobilním genetickým elementům nesoucím geny, které kódují tyto faktory. Abstract:
This thesis deals with coagulase-negative staphylococci. It is focused on their function in the role of opportunistic pathogens and on their importance as reservoirs of virulence and antibiotic resistance genes.
