Nové syntetické drogy a s tím spojená trestná činnost

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se autor zabývá drogovou problematikou. V úvodu je zmíněna historie drog. V další části se autor dotkne vývoje sortimentu návykových látek. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována vzniku, výrobě, dovozu i distribuci nových syntetických drog. Další pasáž se soustředí na zpracování vlastního anonymního dotazníku, který sumarizuje zjištěná data od respondentů a kontaktovaných subjektů. Předmětem dotazníkového výzkumu je zjišťování znalosti, dostupnosti, nebo možné konzumace návykových látek mezi studenty základních, středních i vysokých škol. Osou této práce je pokus o zmapování nových syntetických drog na našem území včetně kriminálních trestných činů spojených s tímto problémem. Jeden z bodů je také věnován popisu možných reakcí po aplikaci návykových látek a popis jejich nežádoucích účinků. Pro lepší přehled jsou použity statistické tabulky a grafy z evidence Národní protidrogové centrály.

Abstract:

In this thesis author deals with problems of drugs. In the first part is mentioned the drugs history. In the next part author touched the production and development of addictive fabrics. Separate chapter is devoted to origin, production, import and distribution new synthetic drugs. The second part is concentrating on anonymous questionnaire, which summarize the data from respondents. Reason of questionnaire is to find out the knowledge, availability or possibly consumption of addictive fabric between students of primary school, secondary school and college students. Main reason of this thesis is to map new synthetic drugs in our territory, including criminality acts connected to this problem. One chapter is devoted also to description of possible reactions after application of addictive fabric and description of their undesirable effects. To provide better lucidity this thesis contains tables and graphs using the data from National anti-drug central authority.
