Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematice motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem je pomocí dotazníkového šetření odhalit aktuální stav spokojenosti pracovníků vybrané společnosti, zjistit její slabá místa a na základě zjištěných výsledků analýzy navrhnout možná opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení pracovní spokojenosti. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of motivation and employee satisfaction.
