Information systems integration and process optimization in a software company.
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je integrovat několik systémů ve vybrané společnosti a analyzovat a optimalizovat procesy ve finančním oddělení. Dále pak je to poskytnout vyhodnocení přidané hodnoty této implementace ve společnosti, včetně vývoje specifického indikátoru, který tuto přidanou hodnotu mapuje.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to integrate several systems in the selected company and to analyze and optimize processes in the financial department. Furthermore, it is to provide an evaluation of the added value of such implementation to the company, including the development of specific indicators to map this added value.
