Domestic violence and violator expulsion consequences
Abstract:
Tato práce je o domácím násilím, ale zejména o důsledcích vykázání násilných osob, které je definováno v nové právní úpravě platné od 1. ledna 2007. Vzhledem k tomu, že vykázání je poměrně novým ochranným opatřením, mohla by tato práce posloužit jako jeden z podkladů pro vyhodnocení účinnosti vykázání v České republice v loňském roce.
Abstract:
This Thesis is about domestic violence, moreover, about violator expulsion consequences defined in the new enactment valid since 1 January 2007 is in the focus. According to the fact that expulsion is quite a new precaution, the Thesis can be used as a basis for evaluation of expulsion efficiency in the Czech Republic last year.
