Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výživou pacientů s chronickou ránou a vztahem k obezitě. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část poskytuje na základě odborné literatury klasifikaci ran a teoretické poznatky ve výživě v souvislosti s hojením ran. Výzkumná část je provedena kvantitativní metodou. Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with the nutrition of patients with a chronic wounds and its connection to obesity. It is separated to a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of nutrition connected to wound healing, using professional literature. In the practical part, the quantitative survey is used.
