Effects of integrating English language and Civics on lexical and content learning

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá pedagogickým přístupem CLIL. Teoretická část shrnuje jeho pojetí, principy, specifika a mapuje jeho využití v Evropě. Prostřednictvím tohoto pedagogického přístupu, se zaměřuje na integraci občanské nauky a anglického jazyka. Zkoumá jeho efektivnost na lexikální a obsahové učení u středoškolských studentů a vliv na změnu postojů studentů k integrovaným předmětům.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a pedagogical approach CLIL. The theoretical part describes its concept, principles, characteristics and realization in Europe. The practical part focuses on a concrete integration of English language and Civics through CLIL.
