An Analysis of Accounting Methods and their Impact on True and Fair Presentation of the Subject of Accounting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu účetních metod a jejich vlivu na věrné a poctivé zobrazení předmětu účetnictví. Teoretická část vymezuje např. předmět účetnictví, právní úpravu účetnictví a účetní metody. Z účetních metod je v analytické části analyzována metoda odpisování. Na konkrétních příkladech je provedena analýza účetních a daňových odpisů a dopad rozdílu na výsledek hospodaření, včetně návrhu na odstranění nedostatků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of accounting methods and their impact on true and fair presentation of the subject of accounting. The theoretical part defines for example the subject of accounting, its rules and accounting methods. Regarding accounting methods, the depreciation method is analysed in the analytical part. An analysis of accounting and tax depreciation is performed on specific examples, as well as the impact of the difference to the result of operations, including a proposal to eliminating the shortcomings.
