Abstract:
Práce je orientována na stanovení glykémie ze vzorku periferní krve v souboru 500 pacientů za použití různých metod a přístrojového vybavení (biochemický analyzátor Cobas 6000, glukometry Accu-Chek a On Call Extra, referenční hexokinázová metoda). Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the measurement of glycemia from 500 periphery blood samples using different methods and apparatuses (biochemical analyzer Cobas 6000, glucometers Accu-Chek and On Call Extra, reference hexokinase method). Obtained results were statistically evaluated (Bland-Altman method, regression analysis). Glucometer Accu-Chek appears more useful for clinical practice.
