Uváděná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diskriminace osob na českém trhu práce. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat vliv proměn společnosti na aktuální situaci na trhu práce, působení diskriminace u vybraných skupin osob na českém trhu práce a rovněž popsat další bariéry, které jim mohou bránit vstoupit na trh práce.
