Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Úvěrová rizika bank a jejich optimalizace" je popsání úvěrového rizika banky a snaha k jeho eliminaci či snížení. Je zde uvedena klasifikace rizik, kterým je banka vystavena, pojetí, příčiny a kategorie úvěrového rizika. Dále je v práci popsán úvěrový proces a jeho dopad na eliminaci úvěrového rizika. Na závěr je v práci vymezen právní rámec regulace pohledávek v bankách, které mohou eliminovat vznik rizikových pohledávek. Část je věnována zajišťovacím instrumentům.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis "Bank credit risks nad their optimalization" is the description of the bank credit risks and the effort to eliminate or decrease these risks. The conception, the causes and the categories of bank credit risks are introduced in this thesis. Subsequently the classification of risks, that the banks have to face, is mentioned. Then, the credit process and its impact on the elimination of the bank credit risks is depicted. Finally, the legal ambit of the claim regulation, that can eliminate the formation or risk's claims in banks, is defined. One part defies also the safety instruments.
