Tourism in regional government bodies

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizační strukturou orgánů státní správy a jejich činností v oblasti cestovního ruchu, konkrétně v krajích Jihomoravském a Ústeckém. Hodnotí plánované projekty, počet zaměstnanců, míru spolupráce s destinačními společnostmi a práci s finančními prostředky. První kapitoly tvořící teoretickou část jsou zpracovány na základě literární rešerše a obsahuje vymezení pojmů v oblasti cestovního ruchu a státní správy, jejich vývoj a důležitost v konkrétní destinaci. V praktické části jsou pomocí několika výzkumných metod porovnány konkrétní orgány z hlediska vykonávaných činností, organizační struktury, aj. V závěru práce je osobní hodnocení kvality služeb a činností vykonávaných státními orgány v obou krajích a soubor doporučení na zlepšení aktuálního stavu a na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v destinaci. Celá práce je doplněna grafickými tabulkami, názornými schématy a fotografiemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the organizational structure of state administration bodies and their activities in the field of tourism, specifically in the South Moravian and North Ústecký regions. It evaluates the planned projects of regional authorities, the number of employees, the rate of cooperation with destination corporates and the method of use the financial resources. The first introductory part is based on the literary research and contains definitions of terms in tourism and state administration, their development and importance in a specific destinations. In the practical part, several research methods are used to compare specific bodies in terms of activities, organizational structure, etc. At the end of the thesis is a personal assessment of quality services and activities performed by state authorities in both regions and a set of recommendations to improve sustainable development in every each destination. The whole thesis is supplemented by graphic tables, illustrative diagrams and photographs.
