Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti COMAC International s.r.o., identifikovat její silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby společnosti a na základě těchto informací navrhnout strategická doporučení pro zlepšení řízení společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on strategic analysis of the company COMAC International s.r.o., to identify its strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and suggest stretegic recommendations to improve management of the company based on them.
