Crisis as an unexpected life change

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Krize jako nenadálá životní změna“ pojednává o životních krizích v důsledku ztráty blízké osoby, popisuje příčiny těchto krizí a jejich průběh. Krizové situace jsou v životě člověka významným fenoménem, který může po svém odeznění ovlivnit život zasaženého člověka negativním, ale i pozitivním způsobem. Výzkum se snaží popsat a interpretovat stav krize v životě člověka, vývoj období po překonané krizi, změnu hodnot a postojů a objasnit, zda jedinec vidí v překonané krizi smysl, zda vnímá poté svůj život jako smysluplný. Zjistit, co lidem v krizi nejvíce pomohlo, z čeho byli schopni čerpat sílu a energii.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis „Crisis as an unexpected life change“ deals with life crises due to loss of a close person, describes the causes of these crises and their course. Crisis situations are an important phenomenon in the life of a person, which after its disappearance can affect the life of the affected person in a negative but also a positive way. Research seeks to describe and interpret the state of crisis in human life, the evolution of the post-crisis period, the change in values and attitudes, and to clarify whether an individual can see meaning in the crisis, whether they perceive their life as meaningful afterwards. To find out what helped people in the crisis the most, from what they were able to get power and energy.
