Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rakoviny prsu vzniklé na podkladě genové mutace BRCA 1, popisuje případovou studii zdravé ženy s touto mutací. Teoretická část popisuje obecně rakovinu prsu, příčinu vzniku, rizikové faktory a její prevenci, dále se zaměřuje na mutaci genů BRCA 1 a BRCA 2. Důležitou kapitolou je péče o ženy s těmito mutacemi. Abstract:
This thesis deals with breast cancer arising on the basis of the BRCA1 gene mutation, describes a case study of healthy women with this mutation. The theoretical part describes the general breast cancer, causes, risk factors and its prevention, as well as mutations in the genes BRCA 1 and BRCA 2, and an important chapter is the care of women with these mutations.
