Abstract:
Existujú spoľahlivé vedecké dôkazy, ktoré naznačujú, že rodovo podmienené násilie páchané na ženách (GBVAW) je ovplyvnené postojmi. Okrem toho výskum ukazuje, že zobrazovanie žien sexualizovaným spôsobom v masmédiách prispieva k takýmto sexistickým postojom. There is solid empirical evidence to suggest that gender-based violence against women (GBVAW) is affected by attitudes. Furthermore, research shows that portraying women in sexualised manners in media contributes to such sexist attitudes.
