Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit virtuální prostředí pro interaktivní tvorbu videosekvencí ve scéně obsahující vizuální reprezentaci molekuly. Bylo navrhnuto řešení pro intuitivní manipulaci s virtuálním modelem molekuly a systémem pro nahráváním videa. The goal of this work was to implement a virtual environment for interactive video recording of a scene containing molecular visual representation. We have designed a solution for intuitive manipulation with molecular representation and recording system.
