Hotel Business Plan

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zakladatelský plán hotelu poskytujícího konferenční služby. První část se týká teoretické stránky podnikatelské aktivity. Stěžejní je praktická část, která obsahuje konkrétní plán založení hotelu. Nejprve je provedena charakteristika hotelu, jeho služeb, cen a konkurence. Následuje analýza silných a slabých stránek. Soustava finančních výkazů zobrazuje majetkovou strukturu hotelu, výnosy, náklady a cash flow. Výkazy jsou sestaveny v optimistické a pesimistické variantě v závislosti na vývoji tržeb. Práce je zakončena analýzou rizikových faktorů a výhledem do budoucna. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit zakladatelský plán hotelu Ambiance a zhodnotit úspěšnost jeho fungování.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the business plan of a hotel that provides business events. The first part is dealing with a theoretical side of the business activity. The main part is the practical part of the thesis. Firstly, there is characterised the hotel, prices and competition. The strong and weak sides of the business are analyzed afterwards. The system of financial reports pictures the property structure, costs, gains and the cash flow. The reports are created in the optimistic and the pessimistic variants in the relation to gains. The thesis is closed by the analyses of the critical factors and the future view. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of a hotel and to appraise its success.
