Slang speech of students in book of Jaroslav Žák - Študáci a kantoři and its knowledge by todays students.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na slangovou mluvu studentů v knize Jaroslava Žáka Študáci a kantoři a její znalost dnešní generací studentů. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme charakteristikou českého jazyka, podáváme definici češtiny spisovné a zejména nespisovné. Dále vymezujeme pojem slang, uvádíme obecné výklady, kritéria jeho klasifikace a způsoby tvoření slangových pojmenování. Rovněž práce pojednává o studentském slangu, J. Žákovi a o jeho díle Študáci a kantoři. V praktické části jsou stanoveny hypotézy a cíle výzkumu. Předmětem výzkumu je stav znalosti a míra užití vybraných slangismů a aktuálně užívané výrazy mezi dnešními studenty. Data jsou získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření od studentů Gymnázia Chomutov, Střední průmyslové školy elektrotechnické v Žatci a Soukromé obchodní akademie v Žatci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on student slang language used in a book by Jaroslav Zak Students and Teacher and the knowledge of its today's generation of students. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the Czech as a language, showing the definition of formal and informal Czech. Furthermore, it defines the term slang, reviews the general interpretations, criteria of its classification and ways of forming slang names. The work also discusses students' slang, about the author, J. Zak, and his work Students and Teachers. The practical part of the thesis establishes hypothesis and objectives of the research. The subject of the research is the state of knowledge and the rate of use of selected slang words and currently used expressions among today's students. The data are obtained via questionnaire at Grammar school in Chomutov, Secondary Electrical Engineering School in Žatec and Private Business Academy in Žatec.
