Physiotherapy in functional disorders of sacroiliac joint

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poruch sacroiliakálního(SI) kloubu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o anatomii SI skloubení, patologii v oblasti pánve, diagnostice funkčních poruch pohybového systému a terapeutických metodách. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky testování hypotéz o výskytu SI posunu a SI blokády, vazby SI posunu a palpační bolestivosti SI skloubení, získané na souboru 5 respondentů ve věkové skupině 30 - 40 let. Jsou uvedeny též výsledky realizace krátkodobých rehabilitačních plánů sledovaného souboru respondentů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses the problem of Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction. The theoretical part presents findings in anatomy of SI jointing, pathology of the pelvic area, diagnosis of motoric system dysfunction and therapeutic methods. The practical part presents the results of hypothesis testing on the occurrence of SI dislocation and palpatorius pain od SI jointing, which were collected from the group of 5 respondents in the age of 30 - 40 years old. The thesis also introduces the results of short - term rehabilitation plans applied to the monitored group of respondents.
