Práce se věnuje problematice řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu. Nejprve jsou v ní definovány základní pojmy a charakterizovány vybrané přístupy k tomuto tématu, se kterými se lze v praxi setkat. Praktická část je věnována konkrétnímu podniku. Na svém začátku obsahuje úvodní informace, o jaký podnik se jedná.
