Social Audit - Lawful Specification in Operation Company Kompek s r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo posouzení možností uskutečnění sociálního auditu v podniku Kompek spol. s r.o. Sociální audit spolu s etickým auditem, který bývá často jeho součástí, je poměrně novým a moderním prostředkem a nástrojem zlepšování firemního prostředí. V této práci jsem se zaměřil nejen na teoretické poznatky z oblasti sociálního a etického auditu, ale i na zákonné normy v sociální a pracovní oblasti podniku, postavení a úlohu odborů jako účastníka pracovněprávních vztahů a na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Praktická část mé práce vychází z provedené sondy mezi managementem a zaměstnanci podniku, popisuje a analyzuje poznatky z teorie v praktickém uvádění ve firemní kultuře podniku.

Abstract:

The Objective of this abstract essay is an examination of the social realization possibilities of the audit for a Kompek s r.o company. Both The Social audit together with the ethical audit, which happens to be often a part of it, is relatively a brand new and modern facility and tool for improvement of the comapany’s environment. In this essay I have focused myself not only on the theoretical observations native from social and ethical audits, but also on legal and lawful norms in social and working areas of the company, on the assignment of divisions and it‘s position as a competitor of labour – law relations and lastly on the safety and security of health during the working. The practical part of my essay comes out of stransacted sond between management and labour of the company, it describes and analyses the evidences from the theory in practical introducing in corporation’s culture.
