Elementary and Special Education Teachers burnout in Teplice and Ústí nad Labem districts

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Syndrom vyhoření u učitelů základních škol a speciálních základních škol v okresech Teplice a Ústí nad Labem" popisuje problematiku syndromu vyhoření učitelů a učitelek základních škola speciálních základních škol. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán syndrom vyhoření, jeho historie, příčiny i možnosti prevence. Dále je zde věnována pozornost základnímu vzdělávání a učitelské profesi. V praktické části je popsán výzkum, ke kterému byl použit standardizovaný dotazník Maslach Burnout Inventory. Následně jsou zde předloženy a vyhodnoceny výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, ve kterém je zjišťováno, na jakém typu školy jsou učitelé syndromem vyhoření ohroženi více.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "Burnout Syndrome in Primary and Special Primary School Teachers in the Districts of Teplice and Ústí nad Labem" describes the issue of burnout syndrome in primary and special primary school teachers. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the burnout syndrome, its history, causes and possibilities of prevention. Furthermore, attention is paid to primary education and to the teaching profession. The practical part describes the research for which the standardized Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire was used. Subsequently, the results of a quantitative research study are presented and evaluated, in which it is investigated in which type of school teachers are more at risk burnout syndrome.
