Analysis of the feasibility of entering the online casino market in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza neboli studie proveditelnosti vstupu firmy do online prosto-ru hazardních her. V rámci této studie je analyzován trh, ve kterém se firma nachá-zí. Analýzy hodnotí, jak mikrookolí, tak makrookolí, které firmu ovlivňuje. Celá stu-die proveditelnosti vychází z metodiky Ministerstva pro místní rozvoj. Součástí je i společenská zodpovědnost firmy, což je v oblasti hazardních her důležitý faktor, který ovlivňuje vnímání firmy veřejností. Práce bude sloužit jako jeden z podkladů při rozhodování firmy o vstupu na daný trh.

Abstract:

Goal of this thesis is analysis of the feasibility of entering the online market of gambling industry. In this analysis is performed market analysis in which company is operating. It evaluates the analysis as microenvironment and macroenvironment which affects the company. Whole thesis is based on methodology from ministery for regional development. Part of the thesis is also corporate social responsibility which is very important factor in gambling industry which affects public perception of the company. This thesis will serve as one of the bases during decisionmaking whether to enter this particular market.
